I agree with the first answer. If that person is not seen as a friend, I would block the person. I've only had to block a former friend once because she was just being plain rude. She was very self-centred, pushy, shallow, and, just annoying. She was never there for me during troubling times, plus, we were just growing apart. It happens. If you feel that you need to do something, then do it. Don't ever ignore your human instincts.
What are some reasons you would c$%@block your friend?
If he/she was a friend i wouldn't see a reason to block them,
